| For all the details on Aussie BDs you can visit http://www.australianbulldogsociety.com/ In basic terms the Aussie BD has been created to produce a dog of Bulldog appearance with out the exaggerated features & health problems within the English BD & better suited to Australias warmer climate. Our boy Kato has just recently had his first birthday & weighs in @ a healthy 40kg (around 90lb) standing @ around 21 inches. Being only 13 months he's still got some filling out to do & should turn into one solid BD. He has an outstanding temperament, is fit, healthy & surprisingly agile for a dog of his build. We also recently bought another AB (Jynx) who we're hoping to put Kato over in the coming years. She's 12wks old & is full of drive, we're expecting her to be a much more athletic AB than most & we're very happy with her progress so far. Jynx & Kato.   Jynx @ 9 weeks. | Thanks for the comments guys, sorry it took me so long to reply, been pretty busy & haven't been on here for a while. We love our dogs, they're a couple of characters that's for sure. I've been taking them down to the lake for a smim in the arvos as the weather's starting to warm up here now & they love the water. Jynx is an absolute nut case, she's not scared of much & was swimming without hesitation, Kato loves the water but he's not too keen on swimming, still he has a go when he feels like he has to.
