im a floods of tears...went right to the 'in memory' page of course and the first video just got me, poor sam, what a sweet sweet lovely lil dog, smiling all the time, being led by andother dog, what a lil cracker, its heartbreaking. so sad, also the story of tyler and cassie set me right back off again....so sad.
will just say that these dogs have been failed, and id be distraught if it were mine, the laws that took these dogs lives are just wrong plain and simple, but please dont think that the police are all bad!!
my friend who i got missy and hugo from thru rescue (she was foster mum) is a police lady, and she has rescued many many staffs, rotties etc etc and has travelled the country picking up dogs in need, she has dealt with many assholes and her first concern is always getting their pet to safety, ive never known anyone love dogs (staffies in particular!) as much as her, she will be devastated when i show her this, allthough not entirely surprised im sure.
