Responsible Pet Owners Alliance (RPOA) wishes to take this opportunity to thank two foundations for supporting our efforts regarding animal welfare and the human/animal bond at a time when pet ownership is seriously
threatened:
THANK YOU TO:
* The Smothers Foundation for their $8,000 unrestricted grant for our
General Fund, and
* San Antonio Area Foundation for their $15,000 grant for pet educational
efforts in the Bexar County area.
RPOA has an office in San Antonio and administers a statewide Pet Education, Assistance and Rescue Program in Texas. RPOA networks an All Species Purebred Rescue Program, the only such statewide rescue program in the US.
Also a big Thank You to Cen-Tex Kennel Club who will be holding a Raffle for RPOA at their upcoming AKC show November 21st and 22nd, Bell County Expo Center Exhibit Area, 304 W Loop 121, Belton, TX. Raffle tickets will be sold at the Raffle Table next to the Superintendent's table. The drawings will be held after Best In Show judging. So do drop by and buy tickets!
