I dont know how the royal mail say they dont make a profit as i went to post 2 letters today nothing fancy just bog standard letters and decided to get them done on guaranteed next day delivery coz of the strikes and it cost me £9.90 for the 2 of them.

Royal Mail? more like Royal Crap at the moment! I paid £4.45 or £4.95 the other week to send a Birthday card for next day delivery, total rip-off.
