Who are you with?

Lloyds TSB can waiver 1 charge per year - and can do more but you have to ask the Bank Manager!

I havent reclaimed mine, because I simply rarely have them

Try joining the 'The Consumer Forum' they have templates for the letter that you need.

Also help you get outta credit cards etc that was opened before April 2007 - and/or claim back any charges on them too!

But again, i dont have no cards! Smile

Im sure if you went into the branch and they looked back and saw your account is usually good, and rarely goes over, they'd credit it back. They know they are in the wrong by doing it, and only get away with it cos people dont ask.

Face to face is better than over the phone cos its easy for them to fob you off.

Since joining TCF Ive found out you should never call debt lines or banks, you should keep everything in writing or face to face. Smile

I've never claimed back charges either, maimly cause i don't have any, £100 charge is a bit steep, think they're having a laugh, i'm with the RBS and they charge £38, i'd def get onto them and claim your charges back
